acrosby@vbcmacon.org
Angela considers herself a native of both Georgia and North Carolina. Dedicating her life to Christ at age 11, Angela has been involved in Baptist life for over 17 years. Angela’s family moved many times, living in two countries and five states before she completed high school. Her earlier years were spent mostly in Waycross, Ga, and her family moved to Raleigh, North Carolina in her 8th grade year. Angela received a Bachelor’s of Music Education degree from Meredith College in 2003. Past work experience in North Carolina includes choral teaching, ministry assistant at the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina, and bivocational worship leadership. Feeling called to full-time church ministry, Angela moved to Macon in 2007 to receive her Masters of Music Degree with an emphasis in Church Music from Mercer University. She has worked with the youth and children’s choirs at Vineville Baptist Church since 2007. Upon completing her degree in May 2009, Angela has come onto the Vineville staff full-time to continue her work with music, children, and youth.
Angela looks forward to solidifying her home in Macon and at Vineville Baptist. She enjoys the outdoors and cherishes friend and family time. Her hobbies include singing, disc golf, research, tennis, running, fishing, and reading when time allows. She can do a very long headstand, and two of her goals are to become fluent in Italian and revisit the Swiss Alps.
